Kimberly Bowden graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Organizational Behavior and a minor in Psychology. Kimberly began her adulthood by personally financing her entire college education while working full-time to support herself. Even with this dual duty, she managed to graduate in just 4 years.
Entering IT staffing immediately upon graduation, Kimberly now has over 13 years experience in recruiting and sales in a mix of agency, consulting and corporate environments. Since 2002, she has been in a leadership role responsible for sales and recruiting teams as large as 20 and revenues in excess of $45M. Her education, training and demonstrated experience has helped her establish an expansive network all over the country. Kimberly has been instrumental in helping her clients add significant talent to their management and production teams. Employing an outgoing and collaborative approach, She has successfully maneuvered her teams and her customers through every step of the team-building process, from candidate identification and assessment to hiring decisions and offer negotiations.
Kimberly is a native of Dallas, TX. She enjoys spending time with her two children and her supportive, loving husband. She also loves traveling, cooking, gardening and networking within the IT industry.
